Notice of Annual Parish Meeting

The Annual Parish General Meeting will follow on from the morning service on April 7th starting by 12 noon at the latest in the Parish Hall.

This is an important meeting for the whole church. It is the opportunity for the members of the congregation to elect the people they want to be on the PCC. The congregation can ask questions and comment about the finances of the church, the state of the church building, or about any matter of concern to the parish.

All people in the Parish are warmly invited to attend. Only those on the Parish Electoral Roll may vote so you should complete and return a registration form as soon as possible and by 31st March at the latest. Forms are available at the back of the Church or you may use the on-line forms here.

Nomination forms for members of the Parochial Church Council and the Churchwardens are at the back of the church. These should be completed by 31st March.

Parish organisations that wish to be included in the annual reports must submit their copy by Sunday 24th March.
