20th January: “Stop the Traffik” an insight into modern day slavery and human trafficking, Steve Wise

17th February: “Let Your Fingers Do The Talking” - Sue Bobbins experiences as a sign language interpreter

Cancelled 16th March: “A Soldier’s Story” - 2nd World War and travel reminiscences with Paul Endersby

15th October: “Safety in the Home” Talk by East Sussex Fire and Rescue

19th November: Quiz Night with Fish and chip supper (must be booked)

17th December: “ Loose Ends-Untied” Musical entertainment followed by seasonal refreshments

21st January: “Tours and Experiences” Talk by Clive Richardson

18th February: “Beekeeping” Talk (and tasting)by Malcolm Wilkie

18th March: “Bluebell Ridge Cats Home” Talk by Margaret Gaye

15th April: “My Road to Hastings” Talk by Rev. Charlie Hill

20th May: Visit to RNLI Hastings. Talk and viewing of new lifeboat

17th June: Encaustic Art Jeanette Barden: Demonstration and opportunity to try it

15th May: “The Sussex Posy”, Talk with demonstration by Bernard Cruttenden

19th June: Pets As Therapy, an illustrated talk and demonstration of work by PAT dog Barney Spaniel, assisted by David Jones

18th July: Group Summer Outing to Cranbrook

21st March: “It’s Good to Walk”, Paul Lendon had to cancel and Sam Langley kindly stepped in.

18th April: “Mediaeval Days”, Heather Goodsell

16th May: Fish Barbeque, Tush and Pat Hamilton

20th June: “Bat Rescue”, Karen Hammond

27th July: an outing to Sissinghurst with lunch at Hawkhurst Fish Farm

January 19th “East Sussex Wild Life Rescue Service”,  Trevor Weeks

February 16th “Tales from the Stade”,  Tush and Pat Hamilton

March 16th “Hastings Pier: History and Renovation”, Hastings Pier Trust.

April 20th “Jack in the Green”,  Keith Leech.

May 18th Talk on her 200 mile horse ride by Heather Goodsell.

June 15th (7 p.m.) Fish BBQ, Tush and Pat Hamilton.

July 20th “Gardening the Sissinghurst Way”, possibly followed by a visit later in the month, with Lunch, Afternoon Tea or Dinner, using members’ cars, but only if enough enthusiasm and support.
