Parish Group

Parish Group members enjoyed adventure on the high seas at their recent meeting as Jane Nunn delivered a talk on the Tall Ships. Jane described her work with the Sail Training Association before taking us through a collection of photographs taken by the late Captain Allan Villiers as he sought to record the great sailing ships of all types before they were replaced by powered vessels. A truly enthralling evening which was thoroughly enjoyed by all those present.

The next meeting will be on Monday March 19th when the talk will be on “The RAF Air Sea Rescue Service”. As always new members and guests are most welcome.
